Jayanand,

Lightroom does not use (active) layers like PS.
The adjusted Efex Pro image returns to LR
as a finished and separte .tiff file sitting next to your original.
You can then continue to work it in LR
or
export at whatever size and file type you like
yet the .tif file remains in the catalog.
