What suite of word processing software do you use? If Office, I'd just make
a PowerPoint and if iWork a Keynote.
I never learned to make a slideshow in iPhoto because it seemed to be too
much of a hassle, compared. Either of those let you bring in images from a
folder very easily, and then drag and drop the re-arrange in the slide-page
view.

Subject: [Leica] I photo help OT

Hi Luggers,
I need some help. I am assembling a slide show of my eldest daughter's life
to date to show at her wedding in late July and have so far 177 pictures
drawn from many photo Cds loaded into my G4 Mac using I photo (2003
version). When I started the process I could manually move the photos to
change the sequence but now everything is locked in place.
Is it because I have more than 99 photos (the slideshow limit in my version
of I photo)? Or have I inadvertently tripped a switch somewhere? Is there a
simple freeware program that I can substitute for I photo? Any and all help
will be appreciated. Please answer privately if you don't want to clutter
the LUG with this OT topic.
Many thanks
Howard (frustrated by software on Pender Island)
