I agree the M is more an available light camera than a flash camera, but 
occasionally I do use the flash when it is absolutely needed or for fill 
flash. ?Unfortunately I do not have a Noctilux, and probably never will at 
current prices. ?The shutter of the standard M8 is not noisy as far as I am 
concerned, so the sync speed and the top shutter speed are available when 
needed.?
