The thing about Lightroom is that it gives you more time for
photography. If you are not a high volume shooter, it's probably not
as important; but, LR saves me hours and hours of time editing,
filing, keywording and just keeping up with everything. I couldn't
imagine working without it. LR is the best thing since sliced bread
for anybody who shoots digital or scans a lot of film. It's pretty
intuitive so one quick tutorial online somewhere would have you up
and running in no time.
