Ric, I shot a few frames with Brian's M8.2 next to my camera. The shuttter
is a LOT quieter. Now I am aware of my own shutter every frame. I would like
the more accurate frame lines too.
I want one.  Big surprise.

The rest is just deciding how much you can afford and are willing to spend.
Actually I hope to get the upgrade to my camera at some point as my most
practical option.
My 2c for any Leica M shooter without the M8 is get one. Any one. You can
upgrade to have the most important improvements later if you want. But if
you've got the money.......
