I doltishly confess my total ignorance of this shoot until I read a review  
of the Friedlander exhibition now in Cleveland. After Googling around for a  
while I still haven't gotten to the bottom of it. Friedlander placed an ad  
for a nude model in a local newspaper, Playboy comissioned the shoot & a  
young, Madonna just managed to show up by pure coincidence...???  
Unbelievable. Does anyone have the inside scoop?
