Thanks Larry. I agree. These shots were right out of the camera with no 
adjustments. Not only do I agree with your suggestion, but I would work a 
bit on the color and perhaps the noise.

Excellent photo. But I would crop the out of focus foreground just below the 
plate. Concentrate on the very expressive face.
