that explains very well
my personal interview experience
at this (early) stage
people are attempting to maintain routines and appearances
so they respond with,
"not really feeling it and don't know anyone else being affected"

then, once a bit of trust is established in the interview
they seem to become more willing
to go beneath this initial surface presentation
and reaction to the questions
