If you use it, better just do the most important files. No point in 
having 2Tb backed up offsite that will take you forever to restore, 
hopefully before the company gets bought/sold or changes software.

Possibly a better choice is:

http://www1.crashplan.com/landing/index.html

if you have another place you have set up a computer with a friend or 
family member. Then, in an emergency you can drive over and pick up 
the backup data HD and bring it back home to restore your crashed or 
damaged drive.
