I would desaturate those cyan cloth bunches down a bit it looks like your
subject is looking at.
It looks like someone dabbed them with Marshall oil colors using a Q tip.

Maybe
MSBL2CBX Chinese Blue Extra Strong
 
But might have been
MS4SB Serge Blue 
 
Probably not
