[Leica] Tropicana OJ Warning

Jane Brody whose books I've read said in her "On Nutrition" that we should
avoid processed foods.
Eat an orange or apple.
Don't process it.
Let your own system process it instead.
Juicing is processing.

I can dig that.

Whole foods.....

If your thirsty and you eat an orange you wont be thirsty any more;
Nor hungry.
