Thanks to all for taking the time to view these shots. I forgot to list the
equipment I used, all Nikon equipment:

1. D300 + 200-400 + 1.4 TC
2. D300 + 70-200 + 1.7 TC

In Indian forests, to get good sightings, it is imperative to have the best
guide/driver combo with you, which I always ensure. If they are not
available, I postpone the trip to when they are. All of you are welcome
here, I will make all arrangements, February-March is the best time to come
for a balance between weather and sightings. I will probably go again in May
(120F!) to get shots of animals in water.
