Subject: [Leica] Nathan's PAD 20/02/09: another lens test

I got my 18mm Zeiss lens this week, so yesterday I took it on a  
walkabout. Not bad, except that it has the annoying feature that if  
you put on a UV/IR filter, you cannot put on the lens hood. In this  
particular picture the lens hood would probably me more useful:

Still, it is nice to have a real WA capability on the M8 at a  
reasonable price. The lens is well made and as sturdy as a Leica lens.
