That same thing happened to me and I emailed asking if I could be deleted.? 
They even sent a reply saying DONE!

Well I don't own any Nikons anymore so if I get spammed what's the point?

Mark,

Times are tough all over. It sounds like they're really digging way way back 
and pretty deep. It's like a couple charities I gave to a couple years ago. 
Once they have your name they latch on and you can never shake them.
