Used to play competitively all the racquet sports, tennis, squash raquets, table tennis. Even still have some silverware from tournaments on a few of the great transatlantic liners: Liberte, Nieuw Amsterdam (the old flagship), Andrea Doria. Hottest I've ever played in was in Dallas TX in august. Temp on the clay was measured 120F. Doubles match and we played just one set because unfortunately, no one wanted to win - when one pair got up a game, the other would win right back and, as tiebreakers were unknown at the time, we went out to 22-20. finis. watching Roddick try to change the world vs. Federer. Not today.
