I ended up using my old "Sierra" hiking stick. Unfortunately, my L-plate
etc. did not all come in time, so I ended up using the "monopod" just a few
times to prop the camera up. The stick though, is a godsend.

I must have a "funny" way of walking downward and both knees hurt like heck
after the second day. My bodyworker said they twist inward :-( This only
started 5-6 years. Arggghhh...
