First, the 65 Elmar and the 200 Telyt lenses are meant to be used with the Visoflex only. The 35 Summaron was made in both screw mount and M bayonet versions. The 50 Summitar is a screw mount lens. The 90 Elmar could be either but most likely it is a screw mount. None of these lenses can be coded permanently for M8 use if they are the M bayonet type. The screw mount lenses can be coded by buying an adapter that has been made specifically for that purpose. In that case it's the adapter that gets coded. During the time that Leica was starting to build the M series of camera body some of the screw mount lenses could be purchased with a bayonet adapter. It sounds like what is happening, on the lenses that unscrew from the adapter in the bubble base, that all that is happening is the lens is just unscrewing from the adapter. It's just not screwed into the bayonet adapter tight enough. Nothing is broken. You can try tightening the lens into the adapter a little tighter and then see if it comes out with the adapter. Your 120 hektor most likely is for your projector. The normal Hektor for use on the camera body is 135mm. I think you'll have to do a little look see on your lenses to know what you really have. I'm not an expert on what came in plastic bubbles. The three lenses I have in bubbles are all screw mount lenses and didn't come with bayonet adapters.
