Nothing implied about Vick and $2000. Vick you know you were very silly to deal with them, right? You should lodge a report, but I doubt it will make any actual difference, if 200 people didn't do it already ahead of you. I don't understand why the seller wasn't already suspended. Maybe a quick hit and run? Check also if there are minimums before any refund on a dispute. I thought there was a $40 'excess' (here at least) on refunds. However your credit card company should refund regardless. My honest advice; breathe in, breathe out, move on.
