[Leica] Charging for Fine Arts Print, price per sq. in?

I am going to use Jerry's Paypal logic and make and sell my own fine arts
prints. I can actually do even the "commercial" prints so I may even let
smugmug handles the commercial ones and I do the fine arts prints, or I will
just handle everything myself.
