For fine art photography, the price has nothing to do with size - 
depends totally on how well-known the photographer is and whether 
it's a limited edition print.  Supply and demand.  You can go to some 
art photo sites and see what they charge:

For just reprints, the size is what matters.  You can go to SmugMug 
and see what they charge for reprints, but that's not fine art prints.
