Kudos for including no less than two Leica camera vs. head references even in the preview! I can attest to being a third. Glad to see I made it into the preamble with my Ted portrait too! I hope the book sells a million. It deserves every success. Cheers Geoff http://www.pbase.com/hoppyman/e http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/gh/ Pick up your camera and make the best photo you can. -----Original Message----- Subject: [Leica] The LUG 2008 Yearbook is Published And it can be purchased here: http://www.blurb.com/bookstore/detail/522986 There were 123 participants in this year's book, a new high. My sincere thanks to all who participated in the project. You will note that the prices for the book (now available in paperback, hardcover, and hardcover wraparound cover) have increased somewhat from last year's fees. This is due to a price increase from blurb.com, as well as an increase in the page count (now more than 250 pages!) over last year's book. I have resisted the temptation of creating a coffee-table sized book, due to the vastly higher production costs. Apologies in advance for any typographic errors, or sizing errors with photographs. All images that met the blurb.com production criteria (which I outlined in repeated e-mails to the group) were included. Best regards, Jim Shulman Wynnewood, PA Who will be happy to go back to photography again! _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group.
