Almost 40 years ago my wife and I were on a walking safari in East Africa
for which I was armed with 2 M4's, 35, 50, 90 & 135 and a Nikon F (prism, no
meter) with 200 Auto-Nikkor, 30 rolls of Kodachrome and a couple of rolls of
Agfachrome (because I really like its black blacks). The Kodachromes are
still perfect; I discarded the Agfachromes some years ago as they bore only
the barely perceptible outlines of the original images.
