Absolutely Paris!!!!!! Just got to love them! :-)

 

No North American city would let anyone do this for fear they'd fall off and
the city get sued! There'd be cops called, the fire department would be
there with nets and all the usual bull horn paraphernalia, yelling at the
people to get off and back inside! Nothing but bloody spoil sports! :-(

 

The typical freako politicians and rule makers of North America who have
lost the complete understanding of enjoying life doing something simple and
fun! Enjoying the moment with no fear!

 

Whomever shot it, good on him! :-)

 

But a great big hurray to the folks enjoying the moment! :-) :-) 

It's things like this why one must visit Paris to truly enjoy life!
