Brian's new super server makes it a pleasure to upload and browse now too. I had to grin when I saw that there have been twice as many clicks so far on the colour shot of the lady in the yellow dress (Mrs Abela??). I guess that the LUG likes to get to know everyone! A question for you. What's the genesis of the globe like sculpture? I've seen a couple of photos of that previously. Cheers Geoff http://www.pbase.com/hoppyman/e http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/gh/ -----Original Message----- Subject: [Leica] My very outdated gallery.... Geoff asked if I have a gallery. I just moved the one I had back in 2000 to around 2003 from photo.net to the Lug gallery. These where all taken with an M6 ttl, before I got the leica obsession and had a nice basic simple kit. Now my kit is insanely large and I have done some collecting. Then the kids came along. Due to the shock of parenthood my street shooting days where replaced my children's photos which I have neglected to add to my gallery. At least now I only shoot with my M8 kit. I no longer own any other cameras (just sold my Canon 5D kit) except for my M's. I am a product of the digital generation and now only shoot with my M8, but really miss shooting most of all with my M5 (which I sadly had to sell to buy more glass). I can no longer get myself to shoot with film. I used a film scanner when I had my film M's but that was just too time consuming. I would rather sit in front of my mac and mess around with photoshop then work in a lab. I'll now be adding more photo's now that the kids are getting older and less demanding. Thanks for reading and or looking at my little gallery. http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/jamriman/ -- Regards, John
