[Leica] Upgrade or M8.2 now S mode

Geoff,

I have found that the noise from the M8 shutter and winder are noticed by 
the user, but others around almost never notice it.

Also I gave your greetings, along with Steve's and Phillipe's, to Lluis last 
night.  Had a great time with him.
