I never shoot RAW. I don't need to.
The color and tonality from the G10 matches what comes out of my  
Canon DSLR.
The Panasonic images, however, still have that vacuum formed plastic  
look to them.
At the high end, the noise level is still unacceptable from both the  
G10 and LX-3.
Though at 400-800 the Canon can give acceptable images for web work.
At this point I'll wait for other options for a wider lensed P&S.
