It set the record on the Nurburgring course beating the old Porsche record by 3 seconds. It does 0-60 in 3.2 seconds. That is quick in my book. When I rode in it and we rocketed up to about 100 then down to zed in a short distance my head was spinning...and I do not get motion sick. That bloody car was a RIDE. On a curvy road it was a ton of fun...it is the kind of car if I had I'd be dead very quickly. LOL BTW if anyone wants to read about a shoot I did for it and Snap-On see my blog: http://mcclary.net/blog/?p=625 FRANK DERNIE wrote: > It is still too heavy, it would be really quick if it weighed a bit less, > and the brakes and tyres would degrade less. > > > --- On Fri, 26/9/08, Harrison McClary <lists@mcclary.net> wrote: > > >> From: Harrison McClary <lists@mcclary.net> >> Subject: Re: [Leica] Was: a serious question - now all kinds of VWs >> To: "Leica Users Group" <lug@leica-users.org> >> Date: Friday, 26 September, 2008, 2:11 PM >> What about the Nissan GTR?
