This appears to be the MF Leica that has been rumored for the past  
year. It appears to be a noble undertaking but I wonder at the wisdom  
in it. It really addresses a whole new group of photographers away  
from the traditional Leica base. To me it is a more portable version  
aimed at the Hasselblad H3DII professional user. Maybe Leica will  
show an R10 tomorrow but if they don't I think this camera is a  
mistake 3 years late. The H3DII is selling for $18K after rebate,  
probably 1/2 the price of the S2.

Just my .02 as I have no interest in either the S2 or the H3D. But  
bring on the R10.
