There was an interesting piece in the Wall St. Journal on ageing bikers several years ago. Jim Shulman Bryn Mawr, PA Who a) has been to Sturgis (when he was selling biker collectables) and b) asked many of the various participants to pose for photographs (which I lost in a move eight years ago, sadly.) Also there are subgroups within the model lines. A small percentage of us ride Harley VRods which are water cooled, Porsche engine-designed bikes disowned by some Harley traditionalists. Also, many of us do not participate in the "lifestyle" aspects and just enjoy puttering along with our Leicas in the saddlebags (to stay on topic).
