Factory records, which are, of course, fallible, indicate:

B915354 is an impossible number.  Could this be 
B95354?  If so, it is part of a lot of 5,000 
cameras made between 10/1954/ and 1/1955.  This 
would be a IIa  Red-Dial camera.

I can find no record of the lens in the factory 
records..  Can you check and resend?
