I use XP in my office and at the hospital but otherwise its the Apple platform at home. When I was living in the Dark Regions ( Micrcosoft) I would buy new computers solely cause I had to. Now I go to the Apple Store and find it fun, exhilarating and highly addictive. By the way the new Lightroom 2 is great - Wade you and your team have outdone yourself. AS Tina has already opined it's the best $99 you'll ever spend for an upgrade.
