Leo,
I use a Visoflex III (I seem to recall the I and II versions won't work with 
the M8). I then put my 90 and 135 on it for macro photography; tripod and 
cable release required.
Works wonderfully, but for slow work...

I don't understand it.? All of the acronyms sound like secret society talk.

If I want to do closeup stuff with my M8, what do I need?
Can I use any of my m lenses?
