I could for sure live with 360 @ f/5.6...especially with both units using APO glass. The Program" booklet I have dated Aug 2000 says that the 2x APO will work with the 70-180 APO and make it effectively a 140-360 f/5.6 APO, and it also says the 1.4x APO will not work with this lens.
