I'm a proponent of using linear polarizers, but I'm a bit weird in that
respect. I've got a bunch of great old linear polarizers and when you
stack two of them on each other, you can isolate quite a narrow band of
the visible spectrum and create some interesting effects. Can't be done
with circular polarizing filters.
