***and that's a real surprise !

an RN who has cared for very sick adults...she said she could never
take care of sick kids...
I figured she wouldn't go near my book...(now she won't put it down,
says it's "inspirational"...)

Dominique says (and she wanted me to forward this for her...read it
with a strong French accent)

" When I start looking at ze book, I cannot put it down. It is not
overwhelming. Yes, there are some sad expressions on the faces of some
patients.
But little children cannot understand the hospital, when a parent
reappears, all is forgotten, and the child is safe again.
The book is wonderful, partly because the pictures give relief, as...I
am going home now.
As an adult I know that those children need to be in the hospital...to
be cured. The book shows you a balanced view of hospitalized children
and they obviously trust the photographer, who is also their doctor.
This is a book that celebrates ze children and their courage..."
