Subject: [Leica] in the neurosurg OR...

As you may notice, I'm really taken with these images. I'm sure there are
art or PJ books out on surgery, but I've never come across one. I remember
one or two about the trauma ER, but they were painful to read. I don't know
what procedures are going on, but to me these are very positive, i.e., evoke
good being done. #96 is a masterpiece IMHO. Years ago one of my best
clients was going to have knee replacement surgery. I called him and said
there was going to be a documentary on it in the evening, so tune in. I
don't know what I expected, but it was the damndest thing I had seen.
Hammers and chisels, bone parts and blood flying everywhere. He called me
later to thank me so much for the chance to watch a preview.
