G'day Nathan,First, find a butcher that will butcher these quite tasty
ducks. Then, get a compressed air(C02) pellet gun which are made in
Germany, these are quite accurate, safe, and easily capable of killing a
duck. Shoot for the head and you will have a tasty dinner from any number
of cuisines.

My family lives on the Mississippi fly way and ducks are quite popular as
well as geese. Canadian geese are getting so numerous we find find open
season all year long.
