Unix based machines like Macs and Linux running PC's have little need
to run anti-virus software due to the file permissions that those
computers set for execution of processes. This is why Windows users
are the ones who complain about viruses and the like. Mac/Linux/Unix
users rarely complain about viruses because viruses aren't really an
issue at the consumer user level.
