Maybe it is a rare version? Did you mean OTZFO? That is the same as 16464. That is the correct universal focusing adaptor for your 65mm. There is also a version with a foot on it (16465) that works the same. You can also get the OTRPO (16471) which is an extension tube to get you closer.
