Subject: [Leica] Adobe Rights Grab
From: kcarney1 at cox.net (Ken Carney)

Just from what little I saw on their site (gallery: My Dog Spot), I would
say that as a practical matter there may not be a great chance of using the
images for commercial gain...but a gem could show up, and I understand your
point. People should be able to understand in a clear way the terms of an
agreement and make an informed decision, without resorting to something akin
to reading a prospectus. Which BTW few people do either.
