I imagine that if you are walking around in a city, you will not need the long lens for the Canon and should probably just take the M outfit. When out in the landscape, then the long glass might be needed but then you will hopefully be in a car so you will not have to lug all this stuff around. In a typical European city you have absolutely no use for the 80-200, unless you come to Alicante or Barcelona and want to capture se?oritas on the beach and other local wildlife ;-) If you really do want to walk around with a long lens, then take one of the fixed focal lengths you mention, the 135mm or 200mm. If I were you, when walking around town I would skip the SLR outfit altogether and just take the M8, but augmented with a wider lens than the 28mm.
