Brian,

That is some serious bandwidth. I am envious but why on earth would  
you need 1Gb singlemode fibre to your basement? :)

Good luck with the builder. BTW,  I noticed that leica-users.org does  
not have a secondary MX record, I am willing to act as secondary MX.
