Herr Kaufmann's company owns I think 94 or 96% of Leica Camera AG currently

At LHSA Rochester (as reported by Viewfinder), Andreas Kaufmann said his ACM 
bought into Leica 
Camera in 2004, when Hermes was a "major shareholder".

My question: is Hermes still a Leica shareholder, whether major or minor?
