[Leica] changes to M8 upgrade policy

Folks Leica have announced changes to the new M8 upgrade policy.

The shutter can be replaced without the glass or vice versa. No upgrade 
certificates

Some service centres apart from Solms will be able to offer the work, 
starting from August

Only one year extra warranty!! That one will cause some discussion.
