Subject: [Leica] Experiences Elmarit ASPH 28 vs IV generation E-46?

Luis,

I do not have the generation IV lens, but do have the new asph lens. I find
it plenty sharp and contrasty at all apertures and distances. The photo
below and the next 3 in the gallery were taken with the new 28 Asph Elmarit.
I did compare it to the Konica Hexanon 28 and it blew the Hexanon away. I
have only used the new lens with my M8, have not had a chance to try it on
my M6TTL yet. I got it back in July of last year and really like the lens.
