Sonny,

Iin my many years in aerospace I have heard a lot of specious BS thrown 
about by the great unwashed.

I have reached the point in my "trade" that I don't have to put up with 
it . Do I talk that way with Vice
Presidents and Chief Engineers?  I SAS do!

And , no we never have to add igneous rock to change the vibration 
characteristics of carbon composites.

Sonny, you are perfectly welcome to "Not travel"  on the Boeing 787.  
You probably are more the A380
type. anyway  :-)
