To all who replied -- thank you for your kind words.

In answer to Tina's question - I did some "curves" work in photoshop
to bring out the darker foreground, but in reality the camera did the
work. I am deeply impressed by the M8's ability to capture dynamic
range - I use a 1Ds MKII as most of you know and the M8 is far
superior in dealing with high contrast-range images.

This image was the one I chose for our "Thank you" cards we gave to
staff and the people with whom we enjoy the game.

Walt and George -- your comments are deeply humbling, thank you. It
was a magic evening. I virtually always take my camera to the game but
for a variety of reasons haven't done much photography there. On this
particular night, however, as we watched the sky light up, there was
nothing to be done but go for it. I'm assuming that "DAMN" from Ric
was a Good Thing. <grin>

Thanks, everyone, for looking and commenting. Although it's certainly
nice to receive praise it's mostly having the connection and feedback
that is important.

Best regards and thank you,

Adam
