Yes, Silverprint is a great place. I have been in the shop in London  
several times. Unfortunately, their web site includes the following  
sentence:

We regret we are unable to send chemicals, both raw chemicals and  
manufactured products to destinations outside the UK.

So Alex will not be able to take advantage unless he takes a trip to  
London.
