Last week's PAWs (these) were taken during a day trip to Julian, CA,both to air out my 350Z, and to enjoy a day in the countryside. Julian is a restored Gold Rush town 80 miles east of San Diego, famous for its apples and its scenery. Upon arrival, we took a horse-drawn carriage ride into the hills outside of town. This is our carriage driver: _http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+33.jpg.htm l_ (http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+33.jpg.htm l) Alternate 1: Outside of town, a sign of the times, old and new. _http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+33A.jpg.ht ml _ (http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+33A.jpg.ht ml) Alternate 2: Another sign, this time in town. _http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+33B.jpg.ht ml _ (http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+33B.jpg.ht ml) Alternate 3: The US Marshall is ready for a re-enactment performed Sunday afternoons. _http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+ PAW/2007+PAW+33C.jpg.html_ (http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+33C.jpg.ht ml) Alternate 4: A boy with his dog. _http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+33D.jpg.ht ml _ (http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Ira+Silverman/2007+PAW/2007+PAW+33D.jpg.ht ml) (Color with Canon 30D, 17-40 f/4.0L, ISO 200, B&W with Leica M4, 35 'cron, TX400 ) As always, comments and critiques are welcomed and appreciated.
