None MUST be coded.  The widest might benefit from less 
vignetting.  I'd go with the widest.

You can try to do it yourself.  There are several templates available 
on the web that you can use to apply Sharpie marks to your lens 
mount.  I have the templates but haven't tried it yet because I 
haven't seen the need.  I don't know of another source but surely 
somebody will cash in on this.

I had my Noctilux recalibrated.  You might want to try some lenses 
out first and decide if it is necessary.  It hasn't been for any of 
my other lenses.

If you are shooting mostly B&W you won't need any filters.  If you 
shoot a lot of event photography or weddings involving black 
polyester, you want them.  Most diameters are available now.  I only 
got the two free ones - one for my 35/1.4 and one for my Noctilux.
